Manager named Nick at the store was extremely helpful and friendly even when I informed him that I was just taking a look. He really went the extra mile to explain to us the pros and cons of the various types of furniture. Definitely a shop that provides one-of-a-kind top notch customer service here in Singapore. We first stumbled on Stanfield Chesterfield at Tampines in 2019 and went back in 2022 to look for it but could not find the shop. Somehow, we came across it this month while looking at other furniture shops in the area. Nick was very helpful in explaining the different types of leather and offering competitive prices. He was also able to hold the pieces if we decide on them, until our place was ready to receive them. Glad to hear of its 10& 20yr extended warranties. Will probably give it another visit once we decide on the piece... and there are so many choices...
